Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Playlist ►
For this Achievement & Trophy you need to start Mission 2: Out in The Cold on Veteran Difficulty or higher. After you finish chasing Makarov through New York, you'll come to an alley where you will fight him.
You will get hit several times during cutscenes, that is not an issue. Succesfully block, then hit Makarov 3 times and take him down when prompted. If you don't get that option, block and repeat.
If you do get hit, simply reset your game to the last saved checkpoint. It makes this a lot easier to unlock.
